Clarity is a leading distributor of computer and networking products and works with some of the major global IT brands including hp, Toshiba, Sony and Samsung. VoxPro has been working with Clarity on various sales campaign projects since 2007.

VoxPro manages regular direct mail campaigns to Clarity’s prospects and clients. VoxPro is involved from the initial planning stages offering input and advice as to the timing and structure of the campaign and content of the letters, scripting and mail out packs. VoxPro go that extra mile for their clients, really getting to understand our brand and looking to provide an invaluable input at all stages. VoxPro has undertaken campaigns for Clarity that involve cleansing and populating data, managing mail merge and fulfilment of brochure packs and providing follow up sales contact to each prospect.

The service seamlessly integrates with Clarity’s field sales function as Clarity receives regular updates from VoxPro’s Account Manager regarding campaign success and recommended process, scripting and timing enhancements. The Clarity sales team are also able to view live reporting of leads and database updates through a secure web portal managed by VoxPro.

Clarity has found that through outsourcing we have optimised the time of the sales team and ensured greater success for our direct marketing as the whole process is tightly managed to ensure that follow up phone contact is made within a specified time as per the SLA. This has increased response rates and provided an excellent return on investment.
