    March 2011 – VoxPro host Global Outsourcing & Messaging Summit

    VoxPro, a Cork based multi-lingual outsourcing call centre, recently played host to the inaugural Global Outsourcing & Messaging Summit in Cork.  This Summit was a showcase for emerging technologies, applications and innovations in the global messaging & outsourcing markets and was attended by decision makers from across the world.  Chairpersons, Presidents, CEO’s and MD’s from some of the world’s most influential messaging & outsourcing companies descended on the Hayfield Manor for this three day event.  Company representatives from Asia, Australia, USA, Europe and Mexico were all in attendance.

    The Summit was designed to confront the opportunities and challenges facing the messaging & outsourcing industry as well as promoting international partnerships. Guest speakers at the event included Pat Kelly, CEO Tetra Ireland and Donald Black, Head of Services Prospecting, Enterprise Ireland along with representatives from Prism IPX Systems and Sky-Tel.

    Dan Kiely, CEO VoxPro stated, “This event was seen as the cream of Summits in the messaging & outsourcing industry with a high turnout of over 80 delegates. This was a record turnout for a global event of its nature and I believe that the fact it was hosted in Ireland was a major attraction to these delegates.  VoxPro were delighted to welcome our fellow colleagues from around the world and hope the Summit’s success will result in further Summits being hosted in Ireland in the future”.
