Our Messaging Services
VoxPro’s messaging service can be set up in two different ways.  Both are subject to a monthly subscription charge:

  • Call centre service – this is our premium offering.  A caller will ring the SMS number, the call is answered by a call centre tele-agent who takes the message and sends on the details to the mobile
  • Email access – this service gives you direct control to send messages via your email to mobiles

Enhance your messaging service with these additional features:

  • Email alert notification – get an alert sent to your mobile whenever you receive an email in your inbox
  • Email reporting – get weekly or monthly reports sent direct to your email to help with service level evaluation and administrative processes
