- CEO, Dan Kiely
Dan is a business graduate who began his career in Sales and Marketing, working with the national specialist press and publications. With this high energy sales experience and an ability to develop long-term customer relationships, in 1992 he joined Pageboy Communications as Sales Manager and was soon promoted to the role of General Manager. In 1995, Dan purchased Pageboy Communications with Linda Green and over the next decade they jointly developed the business into domestic Call Centre services, leading to a rebrand to VoxPro Communications. Over the years, Dan has continued to build strong partnerships with clients and has extensive experience working with the healthcare, technology and communications sectors. In May 2011 Dan was appointed to the Board of the CCMA. Dan will assist the Board as they strive to increase membership, raise the profile of the CCMA and ensure the growth of the industry at this challenging time. Dan is currently undertaking a Leadership for Growth Business course at Stanford University School of Business.- Email Dan
- HR Director, Linda Green
HR is a core management function of VoxPro’s business. Linda is a committed professional with extensive experience in this dynamic and hugely important discipline. Previous to VoxPro Linda has worked for several high profile public and private organisations across verticals such as government, media and hospitality. She has worked to develop VoxPro and foster a business culture that embraces new technology and expert personnel. Linda is a strong factor in the strategic growth of VoxPro.

Dan has brought to VoxPro his wide experience across all major areas of finance as can be witnessed in his career to date. Over the past ten years Dan has worked with a number of Munster based SME’s to support them as they executed their growth strategies. Dan more recently headed up the KPMG Corporate Finance office in Munster. He has also worked with SWS where he developed an in-depth understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing market. Dan has worked with VoxPro in the past when he advised VoxPro when it acquired the rights to the Irish Paging Network. Dan’s qualifications include B. Comm and ACA.

Darren has a formidable background in outsourcing where his career has grown substantively over many years. Darren joined VoxPro from Fexco where he worked as Head of Resource Planning combined with the role of Operations Manager for the Bord Gais customer supply contract. Prior to working with Fexco Darren spent 3 years in managerial positions in Abtran where he was employed as a Resource Planning Manager and a Senior Operations Manager overseeing the ESB Customer Supply contract. At the start of his career Darren held various roles within RCI call centre here in Cork. Darren is a recipient of a Diploma from IMI in Business Management and has contributed to attaining the following awards: PPF WFM Innovation Award 2006, IEX WFM Award 2007, CCA 2009 Contact Centre of the Year, CCMA 2009 Best Small or Growing Contact Centre or Shared Services Centre, CCMA 2009 Best Quality Measurement Programme.
