Our History

In 1973 the Vietnam war ended, Pink Floyd released “Dark Side of the Moon”, Cork won the All Ireland Senior Football Championship and we set up under the name of Pageboy Communications – making history ourselves as the first company to introduce wireless messaging (paging) to Ireland.

In 2005, in response to significant increases in demand for our services, the company re-branded to VoxPro.  Our change of name coincided with a change of address and we moved to a purpose built Call Centre in the leafy suburbs of Cork City.

Our consistent focus on technology and expert personnel have delivered opportunities for us to move into the fields of business process outsourcing and campaign management. In 2009, we merged services with Red Ribbon Direct and this strategic alliance has strengthened our telesales offering and expertise.

An Award Winning Company…

In the past we have reaped the benefits of our consistent investment in our technology and team as we received a trophy for one of our outsourcing solutions and a special commendation at the Contact Centre Managers Association awards.  In 2009, we had to buy a new trophy cabinet to make way for our “Best Public/Private Partnership Award”.For more information contact info@voxpro.ie
